GoodFit was started for people who want to feel better and stay younger, but often don’t have the time or the motivation to go to a public gym. GoodFit is customized to help set individual goals and provide the emotional support to achieve them.

Targeted towards men and women over the age of 50, GoodFit provides one-on-one and group training to help with staying in shape. We believe that being fit means having the flexibility and freedom to play sports, keep up with the family and truly enjoy all that life has to offer.
